LILI.AIYA is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you.
If you are not happy with your purchase we request you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving it on email@example.com. Once we receive this information a customer service representative will contact you to provide you with the return address.
We offer refunds in the case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- Damaged goods: in the case you have received an item that is damaged (although we do our best to check each item before dispatching). The shipping fee for the replacement will be on us.
- Wrong size: We recommend customers to order their actual size (do not choose a size bigger for a modest look). However, in the case of dissatisfaction we offer exchange of size or style (if available)
